Terms and Conditions for People Power Tour 2026
Last Updated: July 2026

1. Introduction
Welcome to the People Power Tour 2026 website. This website is owned and operated by Wage Peace International and Palestine House South Africa. By accessing this website, registering for free events, or purchasing fundraising tickets, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Event Registrations and Ticket Purchases
  • Free Events: Registration for free public events secures a booking but is subject to venue capacity limits. Admission is generally on a first-come, first-served basis unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Fundraising Tickets (Single Seats & Tables of 10): All ticket pricing for fundraising dinners is clearly stated on the website. Booking a ticket on the site reserves your seat temporarily pending payment confirmation.
  • Group Bookings (Tables of 10): The individual making a group booking is responsible for ensuring all guests are aware of and adhere to these terms and conditions.
3. Payment Terms (Direct Bank Transfer / EFT Only)
  • We do not accept credit cards or instant online payments on this website. All payments must be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) using the bank details provided on the product page or in your booking email.
  • Proof of Payment (POP): Your booking is not confirmed until you email your Proof of Payment to the email address specified in the product description.
  • Payment Deadline: Payment and POP must be received within 48 hours of placing your order on the website. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your reservation will automatically be cancelled and the tickets released back into the system.
4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling
  • Refund Policy: All fundraising ticket sales are final. Because funds are directly allocated to tour logistics and charitable advocacy, no refunds will be issued for non-attendance or change of mind.
  • Event Changes: The organisers reserve the right to change event venues, times, or speaker line-ups due to unforeseen circumstances, security requirements, or travel disruptions. If an event is fully cancelled by the organisers, a full refund of the ticket price will be issued via EFT.
5. Right of Admission and Security
  • The organisers and venue management reserve the absolute right of admission to all tour events.
  • Any attendee engaging in disruptive behavior, harassment, or actions that compromise the safety of the speakers, staff, or other guests will be removed from the venue immediately without a refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, speaker biographies, and event schedules—is the property of Wage Peace International and Palestine House South Africa and may not be reproduced or used without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
Wage Peace International, Palestine House South Africa, and the guest speakers (George Galloway and Yvonne Ridley) will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained during any tour event, nor for any indirect economic loss resulting from event updates or cancellations.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
